How amazing Indonesian food is, because we have thousands of different foods from 37 provinces. Here is a picture of Daun Singkong Tumbuk. Like many regions in Indonesia, Tana Toraja has its own cuisines. It is very popular in my mom’s hometown, Toraja. Daun Singkong Tumbuk contain cassava leaves, coconut, galangal, garlic and onions. It is not cooked into curry but cooked into dried cassava leaves. I could say, this is one of the most delicious Indonesian food and tasteful cassava leaves that my mom has ever made!
