Andrea is a gastronome with experience in working in restaurants such as Nusa Gastronomy in 2019 doing fermentation experiments and in charge of the food related facilities at Locavore, Bali, in 2020. She started her career in research through Lazy Susan, where she writes about the day-to-day questions revolving around food and becomes the editor-in-chief for the online magazine. Her passion is to promote and break the stigma of local alcoholic beverages, slowly introducing them in cocktail drinks while giving excess food waste a second chance in a form of cocktail garnish.
